1. Account Registration:

• Only authorized LPG distributor agencies with a valid GST number may register.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information during signup.

2. Service Usage:

• LPG Soft is licensed on a subscription basis. You are granted a non-transferable right to use the application for your agency operations.
• Your use must comply with applicable laws and LPG regulatory practices.

3. Payments:

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Annual subscription fees are displayed transparently before checkout.
• GST will be added as per government rules.

4. Free Trial:

• New distributors are eligible for a 7-day free trial before any payment is required.

5. Data & Reports:

• You are responsible for ensuring that all data provided is accurate.
• Reports generated are for your internal business use.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• LPG Soft shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

7. Modifications:

• Terms may be updated; continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
